Harrisburg native Matthew Toth is an award-winning senior reporter for the Lebanon Daily News. Formerly a reporter with the Somerset Daily American.
Matthew graduated Penn State Harrisburg with a Bachelor's in Communications and Political Science, with a focuses in journalism practices and constitutional law. He also has an Associates Degree in Media Studies from the Harrisburg Area Community College.
Matthew is also a non-fiction and fiction writer who writes essays, short stories, and poetry. He was published in the Penn State Harrisburg literary magazine "From the Fallout Shelter".
In 2018, Matthew was published in Z Publishing's "Pennsylvania's Emerging Writers: An Anthology of Non-Fiction".
